Frequently Asked Questions

Frequently Asked Questions

Frequently Asked Questions

Do you take my insurance?

Most PPO plans — yes. HMO, Traditional Medicare, and Medicaid — no. HSA and FSA cards work for both visits and prescriptions

What does it cost?

With most PPO insurance: your standard specialist copay. Without insurance: $129 per visit plus a $69/month membership (cancel anytime — 3-day free trial included). HSA and FSA cards work for both.

What can't Prosper treat?

We're not the right fit for emergencies, severe skin disease (like psoriasis or suspected skin cancer), pediatric patients, or anyone outside the U.S. We can't prescribe controlled substances or treat conditions requiring in-person exam.

How long does the visit take?

About 15 minutes. You join the video visit on your phone or laptop, show your skin or upload photos, and a board-certified doctor walks you through diagnosis and treatment.

Where do I get my lab work done?

We partner with local labs and can arrange mobile phlebotomy services. Most lab work is covered by insurance, and we coordinate scheduling and results for you.
